Applying the Fuzzy PERT Method in Project Management: A Real-Life Case Study

Time is the most precious resource for any business simply because no one can bring time back. Therefore, there a huge need to be able control accurately. Also, competitiveness between companies increased value of time. Many investments were allocated build methodologies that help use effectively. Because it became fact speed work accomplishment main factor being considerable competitor. Planning future projects usually relays on non-fixed but mostly expected data. It more reliable fuzzy methods this situation. In study, Fuzzy PERT (FPERT) was used as project management technique plan construction marble factory from establishment phase machines will later on. FPERT showed realistic results than classical method would. Out 16 routes, final result completion (90.9,122.1,151.9) days which determined after triangular numbers activity times in entire project. This article aims prove efficiency especially conducted planned through real-life case study.
